Meet Jennifer

Wife, mom, nurse, educator, and big fan of trusting God through every season.

I was born and raised in South Florida, where I live with my high school sweetheart (now husband!), our sweet daughter, and crazy rescue dog. 

Life is full, joyful, beautifully busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I spent years supporting families through pregnancy and birth, but everything changed when I became a mom myself. I quickly realized how unprepared even experienced professionals can feel, which led me to focus on childbirth education and advocacy.

Since then, I’ve taught hundreds of classes on childbirth, newborn care, infant safety, CPR, and breastfeeding support. I’m Lamaze certified (LCCE) and nationally certified in obstetric nursing (RNC-OB), but more importantly I’m someone who’s been where you are and is here to walk alongside you.

I’m happiest with my toes in the sand and the sound of waves in my ears.

I love cruising — the kind on ships, not in cars (though I’ll happily DJ).

Flip-flops are my go-to (unless I really have to put on real shoes).

Popcorn is my favorite snack — all day, every day.

I believe that laughter, love, and a little preparation can go a long way.
